A project is considered confirmed once the client has accepted the quotation and any required deposit or payment has been received.

3. Client responsibilities
The client is responsible for:

Providing accurate project information.

Providing access to the property or location at the agreed time.

Obtaining any necessary permissions to photograph or film the property.

Informing Khmer Visuals of any restrictions or requirements affecting the project.
Delays caused by lack of access, incorrect information or circumstances outside Khmer Visuals' control may affect the production schedule.
4. Photography and video production
The client is responsible for:

5. Delivery
Final photographs, videos or other agreed deliverables will be provided within the timeframe specified in the project quotation or otherwise communicated to the client.
6. Additional work
Requests outside the agreed scope may result in additional fees.
Additional work will normally be discussed with the client before being carried out.
7. Intellectual property and usage rights
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Khmer Visuals retains the copyright in photographs, videos and other original creative materials produced during a project.
The client receives the usage rights specified in the agreed quotation or project agreement.
The client may not resell, sublicense or commercially redistribute the materials beyond the agreed usage without prior written permission.
8. Portfolio and promotional use
Unless the client requests otherwise in writing before the project, Khmer Visuals may use selected photographs or videos created for a project in its portfolio, website, social media and promotional materials.
If a project is confidential or subject to restrictions, the client should inform Khmer Visuals before the project begins.

10. Limitation of liability
Khmer Visuals will make reasonable efforts to provide professional services but will not be responsible for delays or failures caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Any liability arising from a project will be subject to the terms agreed in the applicable quotation or project agreement and applicable law.

Khmer Visuals may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time.
