Refund Policy
1. Booking deposits
Some projects may require a deposit to confirm the booking and reserve the production date.
Unless otherwise stated in the project quotation, deposits are non-refundable once the production date has been reserved.
2. Cancellation by the client
If a client cancels a confirmed project, any deposit already paid may be retained to cover preparation, scheduling and the loss of the reserved production date.
Where appropriate, Khmer Visuals may offer the option to reschedule the project instead of cancelling it.
3. Rescheduling
Clients should contact us as soon as possible if they need to change the scheduled production date.
We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate a new date, subject to availability.
Additional costs may apply where rescheduling involves significant travel, equipment, crew or other expenses.

4. Weather and circumstances outside our control
For outdoor or aerial photography, production may need to be postponed because of weather conditions, safety concerns or other circumstances outside our control.
In such cases, Khmer Visuals will normally work with the client to arrange another suitable date.
5. Completed services
Once photography, filming or another agreed service has been completed, fees for the completed service are generally non-refundable.
6. Revisions
If revisions are included in the agreed project scope, they will be handled according to the terms of the quotation.
Requests outside the agreed scope may incur additional charges.
7. Refund requests
If you believe you are entitled to a refund or have a concern regarding a service, please contact us as soon as possible.
